Pay: £130 to £200 per day depending on experience, training, qualifications.
At Term Time Teachers we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable History Teacher to share their expertise at an amazing school in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring History lessons to secondary school students, whilst supporting academic success and their students\’ knowledge.
The Role
- Teaching high quality History to secondary school students.
- Creating and delivering engaging, curriculum led lessons.
- Supporting students\’ academic progress and create a love of History within students.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching History in UK secondary schools
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Hold the right to work in the UK
