As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will step into classrooms to support pupils aged 2-19 with a wide range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and autism. You will work closely with class teams to deliver personalised activities, communication support, and life-skills development that help each learner progress toward greater independence.

Key Responsibilities
