  • Can adapt planning and teaching to meet very individual needs, ensuring all pupils make aspirational progress.
  • Is committed to working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (therapists, care staff, support staff) to co-create and deliver personalised learning.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, patience, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Is ambitious for all pupils and believes in promoting dignity, independence and growth for children with SEN.

Why Join Us?

  • The school provides a high-quality learning environment with excellent specialist resources: therapy rooms, sensory integration facilities, a swimming pool, food-tech, science, DT and IT rooms.
  • There is a strong culture of partnership with parents/carers, valuing open communication and collaboration in supporting each child's development.
  • You will contribute to helping young people develop not just academically but also personally - promoting independence and life skills as central to our ethos.
