As a Fitter at Terex, based in Omagh, you will play a pivotal role in building equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
What you’ll do:
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembly Fitter will be involved in a wide range of activities in relation to the building of mobile crushing machines to meet on-time deliveries in the most effective manner.
- Use of power and manual tooling to assemble machines.
- Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line.
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts.
- Adhering to strict quality targets.
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
- To maintain compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience of fitting hydraulics.
- Experience in mechanical fitting.
- Experience of working in a similar environment would be desirable.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Hard working.
- Self-motivated.
- Good team player.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High level of communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
