We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our team. We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Product Trainer. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager – Environmental Product Support (EPS), this role is central to driving Dealer satisfaction and Customer confidence. It will combine Engineering insight, Training delivery, with practical hands-on Dealer Support.
Responsibilities:
- Create clear, practical documentation and guidance that supports Dealer and Customer within the varied EPS Team Brands.
- Develop and update training materials for internal teams and Dealers, supporting knowledge sharing and capability to grow.
- Contribute to digital learning content such as e-learning, short guides, building learning tools for the various Brands under the EPS support umbrella.
- Support the ongoing development of the EPS Dealer Portal, helping to improve access to training and technical information.
- Work closely with Helpdesk, Field Delivery, and Warranty Teams, providing clear documentation to support day-to-day procedures.
- Review and test new Training materials with team members, contributing to continuous improvement and shared learning.
- Take part in scheduled overseas travel to support training delivery and practical onsite fault finding with Dealer development being pivotal.
About You:
- Full valid Driving License and passport.
- Industry-specific experience/knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and collaboration skills, curiosity, and has a motivation to grow within EPS.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organise and present information clearly.
- Confident communication skills, with an interest in explaining technical or process-based information to others.
- Computer literate.
