Overview

In this role you support the purchasing team by entering and maintaining procurement data, tracking supplier deliveries, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials.

You help sustain accurate records and support smooth materials flow for manufacturing.

You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep purchase orders up to date and issues resolved, contributing to reliable supply and efficient procurement processes.

This is an opportunity to contribute to Terex’s procurement function within a global manufacturing context, leveraging ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing

Administration: Raise and process purchase orders in the ERP/MRP system; ensure PO information is accurate; maintain procurement records and supplier databases; update delivery dates, pricing, and order status; assist with supplier onboarding.

  • Supplier Expediting and

Management: Contact suppliers to confirm acknowledgements and delivery dates; follow up on outstanding orders; escalate supply issues; record responses and update systems; monitor open POs and provide status updates.

  • Data Management and

Reporting: Enter procurement and supplier data accurately; run and distribute reports on POs, overdue deliveries, and supplier performance; maintain filing systems; support stock and inventory review.

  • Team

Support: Provide general admin support to Buyers and Procurement Managers; assist with continuous improvement initiatives; participate in meetings and problem-solving; support internal stakeholders with procurement queries.
