Overview
In this role you will help shape pricing for Terex’s global parts business by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales and Finance to balance value, market competitiveness and profitability. You will develop a foundation in pricing analytics while supporting real business projects and cross-functional teamwork. This is an entry-to-mid level opportunity with guidance from experienced colleagues and exposure to pricing tools and processes.

Responsibilities
- Set up, review and maintain spare parts prices across the product lifecycle to balance value, competitiveness and profitability
- Analyze sales, cost, margin, market and competitor data to spot trends and pricing opportunities
- Prepare pricing reports, dashboards and summaries for informed decisions
- Collaborate with Purchasing to understand cost changes and their impact on pricing and margins
- Partner with Customer Service and Sales to address pricing questions and support quotations
- Collaborate with Finance to validate data and support planning and reporting activities
- Maintain high-quality pricing data in systems and support pricing tools and business rules (including Syncron)
- Assist with market and competitor research and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Support pricing projects, testing, documentation and end-user training materials
- Contribute ideas to simplify processes, improve data quality and cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, apprenticeship or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field
- Relevant internship or first work experience welcome but not essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new analytical systems
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and attention to detail with ability to identify patterns
- Clear written and verbal communication and ability to present findings practically
- Collaborative approach with ability to work with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Finance and international teams
- Well-organised, dependable and able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
