As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Terex based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world. Reporting to the Production Control Manager & Lead Manufacturing System Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of crushing equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development
- Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders
- Processing Machine Spec Changes
- Maintenance of Takt Schedules
- Execute the weekly machine configuration process
- Production support to the Manufacturing Department
- Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle
- Create & Maintain production schedules
- Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on job experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) would be advantageous.
- Competent in use of Microsoft packages.
- Experience of 3D modelling software would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
