Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Graduate Technical Support Engineer to contribute to our Customer & Product Support team. The graduate Technical Support Engineer will work within the Training and Application Support team to provide our worldwide dealer network with technical support information and solutions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality multimedia content, including machine renders and animations, to support marketing literature, product training materials and site layout proposals.
- Provide technical application support for the Terex Crushing, screening and conveyor range to the internal sales team, dealers and when necessary, end users.
- Attend site to collect and analyse application and performance data from new and existing product for use in plant simulations.
- Assist in other departmental functions such as the creation of Aggflows, Cost Calculators, Visio Drawings.
- Creating, updating and occasionally delivering product training presentations.
- Attending industry trade shows, conferences, or open days.
- Identify and undertake additional personal development courses to continually improve your training & presentation skills.

What you'll bring:
- Engineering Degree or similar.
- Experience or working knowledge of multimedia content creation tools, including 3D rendering, animation, video editing or graphic design software, would be advantageous.
- Creativity, innovative thinking and excellent organizational skills.
- Good English communication skill, both written and spoken.
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools.

- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective project management and planning / organizational skills.
