As a Forklift Operator at Terex, based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
What you'll do:
- Operate a Forklift to ensure a continuous supply of material into the Production area.
- Ensure that materials are loaded correctly and transported safely.
- Efficiently stack and store products in the appropriate areas.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is maintained and kept up to date.
- Carry out regular checks and maintenance of the Forklift.
- Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement.
- Complete daily safety checks to ensure the work area is tidy and free from hazards.
- Maintain compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience as a forklift driver, preferably in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to handle and work to tight deadlines.
- The successful candidate should be hard working, a good team player with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
- Willingness to develop your skills on an ongoing basis in line with the growing business.
- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
