As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Terex based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Reporting to the Production Control Manager & Lead Manufacturing System Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of crushing equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
  • Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development
  • Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders
  • Processing Machine Spec Changes
  • Maintenance of Takt Schedules
  • Execute the weekly machine configuration process
  • Production support to the Manufacturing Department
  • Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle
  • Create & Maintain production schedules
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on-job experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) would be advantageous.
  • Competent in use of Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of 3D modelling software would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
