Job Purpose: Terex is a fast-moving engineering company seeking to recruit a HR Manager, who is ready for their next career challenge. In this role, you will report to the HR Director and have day-to-day autonomy and accountability in relation to the Coalville business, which is heavily focused on operations. You will be a seasoned HR professional, commercially astute, and interact regularly with various key internal stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, conscientious, and have the ability to work on their own initiative to deliver professional HR solutions for the business needs.
Job Overview: Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Manager will take responsibility for day-to-day HR generalist duties and for providing customer-focused advice and support to the General Manager, managers, supervisors, and team members in line with employment policies, procedures, and legal requirements. You will advise and support managers in all day-to-day operational HR matters, acting as a true business partner and ensuring the overall HR service adds value to the business. While managing the day-to-day operational aspects of HR, you will also be involved in a project capacity to ensure HR is adding value long term. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business and operational efficiencies and improve business performance by driving the people agenda to achieve business results.
