What youll do: Reporting directly to the Operations Improvement Manager, the Assistant Production Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production on night shift through the paint shop and machine shop to meet the weekly production targets in the most effective manner. Ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are achieved. This role requires a strong focus on lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee engagement to drive operational excellence. Main Duties
