About the Position: Job Title : Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Location : Terex GBS Lurgan, Northern Ireland Job Type : Fulltime- Permanent Reports to: Accounts Receivable Team Lead Hours of work: 37.75 hours per week Monday Thursday 8am 4.30pm and Friday 8am 2pm (Hybrid Working) Position Overview: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely cash collection, dispute resolution and cash application. In addition, the role will support continuous improvement initiatives through the use of data analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve the customer experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the future of finance operations, including emerging AI and digital technologies. Specific Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve internal/external customer enquiries. Engage effectively with customer to secure timely collection of cash. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing cash application, collections effectiveness, and overall AR performance. Support testing and adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity and customer outcomes. Support financial month end close, adhering to strict deadlines Any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by management. Required Skills
