Reporting to: Production Supervisor
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
We are seeking experienced and reliable personnel to join our team in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment manufacturing mobile screening equipment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Interpret and work from technical drawings, with strong mathematical ability for accurate measurements.
- Inspect and test cuts, joints, and completed work using precision measuring instruments.
- Apply strong practical skills to deliver high‑quality work.
- Achieve production targets while working efficiently on the production line.
- Ensure the safe, controlled, and efficient movement of production components.
- Contribute to continuous improvement as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Essential: Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment.
- Desirable: Experience welding using a variety of methods. Experience working within a similar industry or production environment.
- Self‑motivated with high levels of energy and commitment.
- Strong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive and action‑oriented approach to work.
