Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Production Trainer to contribute to our Operations team. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for completing all new employee Production training plus ongoing refresher training as required.
  • Organising and maintaining the Production training centre, with structured training plans devised for forthcoming weeks/months.
  • Documenting all training presentations and training records.
  • Updating and maintaining team members’ competency matrices for all Production areas in line with skill levels for various pay bands.
  • Completing Technical Hydraulic Training for Team Members including aspects of the Hydraulic Safety Roadmap.
  • Upskilling and training team members on the use and maintenance of tools.
  • Completing on-the-job training to individuals setting up crushers on the production line.
  • Assisting with interviewing new applicants when required and assessing their basic mechanical/hydraulic training.
  • Completing and supporting training audits when required.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the Quality manager to support business needs and requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous knowledge/experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Previous Training Experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
