Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Dungannon

Reporting to: Production Area Manager

Hours of Work: 39hrs per week

Role Overview

Reporting to the Production Area Manager, you will be a key member of the Operations Department, responsible for leading a team of Production Operatives. You will translate high‑level operational requirements into clear daily objectives while ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑quality production environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Champion safe working practices and ensure the team maintains the highest environmental and safety standards.
  • Plan, organise, direct, and control daily operational activities and resources to meet production targets.
  • Provide clear direction to the team while promoting accountability and strong performance.
  • Ensure all production activities meet required standards within a zero‑defects culture.
  • Drive adherence to standard work processes and promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage day‑to‑day production to achieve takt time, build schedules, and on‑time delivery targets.
  • Monitor production costs and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.
