Dennis Eagle is seeking a Plant Manager - Paint in Warwick to lead a production facility, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery and people performance. You will plan production, manage the team and monitor performance while maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage stock and equipment, and coach staff to deliver excellent results. This full-time role offers a structured 37-hour week with a 45k–65k salary depending on experience.
