The HSEQ Manager will lead Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across Terberg DTS and Terberg MPM operations, ensuring full legal and ISO compliance while driving a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage systems aligned to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Lead internal and external audits and inspections
- Oversee Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, Sustainability, IT, Facilities and Transport Compliance
- Provide expert HSEQ advice across the business
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
- Deliver HSEQ training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns
- Monitor KPIs, trends and compliance performance
- Liaise with regulatory bodies including HSE and Environment Agency
- Promote a proactive, zero-incident culture
IT & Compliance Support
The HSEQ Manager will:
- Manage priorities and SLAs for the IT Technical Co-ordinator
- Oversee IT asset, licence and security compliance
- Support business continuity and local site projects
People Management
Lead and develop the HSEQ team:
- Set objectives, manage performance and support development plans
- Work with HR on attendance and performance processes
- Support succession and resilience planning
Skills & Experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a HSEQ leadership role
- Strong knowledge of UK legislation and ISO standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office and HSEQ systems
- Desirable
- ISO Lead Auditor qualification
- Environmental or Quality certifications
- Lean / Six Sigma experience
