The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Reports To : Technical Support Manager Overall purpose of the job: Provide technical mechanical engineering support for Terberg DTS engineers and service support employees.

Ensure that acceptable levels of customer satisfaction are achieved by engineering technicians deployed by Terberg to customers sites are trained to the highest standard.

Provide effective customer service and build relationships with both internal and external customers.

Carry out productive work as required focusing on specialist engine / electrical / diagnostic work throughout all areas.

Carry out all necessary technical training of internal technicians.

Carry out technical inspections or use technical manuals and diagnostic techniques to find and repair inoperable or defective machine parts, components or systems using a variety of test equipment.

For the greater period working without direct supervision, observing all company and site Health Safety requirements at all times.

Responsibilities: To ensure quality assurance and health and safety policies are implemented and adhered to at all times.

To ensure all technical calls are answered and technical information and support is given to the Mobile Service Engineers, as per the escalation process.

Support members of the service department to facilitate and resolve any customer disputes regarding technical issues.
