As a Marketing Director at Teranode, you will drive the strategy and execution of high-impact global marketing initiatives that define our brand and amplify our voice in the industry. This role blends integrated marketing expertise with creative vision and strategic leadership, empowering you to shape how the world experiences and understands Teranode's Mission, Vision, and Values. You will design and lead end-to-end marketing strategies that align with our business priorities, bringing together storytelling, thought leadership, and multi-channel engagement across owned, earned, and paid media.
From global product launches to ecosystem campaigns, you'll ensure every activation strengthens our positioning as a trusted innovator in blockchain. Strategic Leadership & Planning

- Oversee every stage of the marketing lifecycle, ensuring seamless alignment between strategy, creative development, and execution.

- Ensure marketing isn't siloed, but unified—a powerful ecosystem where insight, storytelling, and innovation converge to amplify brand presence, shape perception, and accelerate growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing strategies directly support corporate objectives and commercial growth targets.
- Provide clear insight, market perspective, and data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions.
- Foster alignment and collaboration across global marketing, product, communications, and commercial teams establishing shared goals, defined KPIs, and joint accountability for campaign performance and brand outcomes.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive a marketing culture built on data and insights, embedding analytics and clear KPIs (ROI, CAC, CLV, Conversion rates, engagement metrics, and brand awareness) into every campaign to measure impact and ROI.
- Optimise market intelligence and audience analytics to spot growth opportunities, streamline channels, and refine messaging for stronger engagement and conversion worldwide.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance campaign performance, improve customer experience, and inform leadership decision-making delivering measurable improvements in reach, engagement, and revenue impact.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field. Demonstrated success in leading marketing strategies using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, track KPIs, and drive business growth. Communication Skills: Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Strategic Perspective: Deep expertise in marketing best practices, tools, and digital platforms to create impactful, innovative brand and marketing strategies. Experience working in multinational organisations, managing diverse teams and stakeholders, adapting marketing approaches to different markets. Confident in advising senior leadership on marketing opportunities, risks, and strategic communications with strong business acumen. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. People Manager: Lead a team of senior managers & managers offering personal development, coaching, and mentorship for shared success of the team. Emotionally Intelligent: High cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, with experience navigating complex international environments.
