To fuel our growth, our Commercial team is looking for three entrepreneurial Senior B2B Business Growth Managers to play a crucial role in driving sales growth across one of our core verticals which include:
- Fintech: payments, remittances, stable-coins, tokenisation, banking, insurance, capital markets etc.
- Digital Trust: Identification, KYC of people and assets etc.
- Media & Entertainment: Sports media, ticket sales, Publishing (books and press), e-gaming, loyalty activation, casinos, cinema etc.
Go-To-Market Strategy Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies to launch Teranode's services in new markets and regions, adapting for local industry dynamics and growth opportunities.
- Leverage industry trends, market data, and competitive insights to guide strategy.
Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure new high value clients in one of our target verticals.
- Use a systematic lead generation playbook to identify, engage new leads at scale and turn them into profitable and growing client agreements.
- Cross-functional collaboration within the ecosystem and group companies to align efforts and realise business development opportunities.
Consultative Selling
- Drive consultative engagements, uncover client pain points, and co-create innovative solutions with our technology and solutions teams.
- Work with C-level decision-makers through a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Translate, conceptualise and co-create blockchain and digital solutions that transform industries.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, negotiation, closing, onboarding.
- Maintain and deepen client partnerships that deliver long-term value and recurring revenue.
- Track, monitor and report sales performance metrics and share with management.
You will be a strategic and consultative sales professional with proven experience and capable of navigating complex client environments and identifying blockchain-driven solutions. Existing strong network in one of our vertical ecosystem with demonstrable success in sourcing and securing high-value clients.
Qualifications
- Strong grasp of industry trends and understand the future needs of market participants.
- The ability to identify pain points and co-create innovative solutions with potential clients, particularly those leveraging blockchain technology.
- Proven success in a Senior or Strategic B2B Sales/Business Development role bringing deep industry knowledge in at least one of our core verticals (Fintech, Digital Trust, Media & Entertainment).
- Strong deal-making ability: prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex high value commercial B2B deals.
- Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and entering new geographic or markets.
- Bring established strong networks and connections in one of our vertical industries, to open doors and accelerate opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Strong interest in Technology or Blockchain driven solutions.
