What You’ll Do
As a Customer Solution Architect (New Business), you will partner with Sales to support the acquisition of new customers. You will work directly with prospective clients to understand their data, analytics, and AI requirements and design technical solutions aligned to Teradata’s platform capabilities. This role focuses on technical presales, solution design, and customer engagement for net‑new accounts.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Experience in a Customer Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer‑facing technical role.
- Background working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience supporting sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and customer presentations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting net‑new customer acquisition or complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, analytics platforms, or AI/ML solutions.
