What you’ll do Provide leadership on best practices associated with Teradata Applications Take part in initiatives to improve Teradata Applications ability to retain, grow and increase customer satisfaction Provide guidance, direction and support to regional Sales and Post Sales/Consulting Teams around the globe Build and deliver roadmap discussions for Customers Build Customer solutions on top of Teradata Applications Escalation point for Sustaining Engineering – investigate issues, provide workarounds, or changes necessary to solve problems Establish and maintain strong Customer relationships to play the role of Trusted Advisor Work with Product Development on roadmap for CIM/VCX Lead communications around CIM/VCX updates both internally and externally Advocate necessary changes for evolving existing products in cooperation with Engineering and Sustaining Engineering Organizations. Build solutions that combine core product features with customer-requested extensions Who You’ll Work With Teradata is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and experienced individual to fulfil the role of Director of Global Application Solutions.The role is responsible for ensuring high level of satisfaction among Teradata Applications Customer base, securing Customer retention, educating internally and externally, and spearheading development with the Product team.In this role align with Sales Organization for POC and Architecture guidance and with Consulting and DevOps Organization to ensure successful deliveries.
