What You’ll Do

  • As a Customer Solution Architect (New Business), you will partner with Sales to support the acquisition of new customers.
  • You will work directly with prospective clients to understand their data, analytics, and AI requirements and design technical solutions aligned to Teradata’s platform capabilities.
  • This role focuses on technical presales, solution design, and customer engagement for net‑new accounts.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Experience in a Customer Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer (or similar customer‑facing technical role).
  • Background working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and customer presentations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting net‑new customer acquisition or complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, analytics platforms, or AI/ML solutions.
