The brand is now majority Mexican-owned and entering its next phase of international expansion across the US, UK and EMEA.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business & Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of the business as it scales internationally. This is a highly trusted, central role that blends commercial operations, supply chain oversight and internal business leadership, while also acting as a Chief of Staff–style partner to the founders and senior leadership. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to the business. There is no playbook for this role – you will need to build it. If you are someone who thrives on making order out of ambiguity and wants to be genuinely embedded in the growth of a luxury brand, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain, Logistics & Partner Management
- Own end-to-end supply chain operations, working directly with production in Mexico, logistics providers, bottling partners and freight forwarders
- Manage inventory levels across all markets, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, stock availability and replenishment planning
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational suppliers and partners, managing service levels, timelines, quality standards and commercial terms
- Continuously review supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve cost, process efficiency and scalability
- Set up and track all shipping and logistics for international inventory movements
- Order Management, Compliance & Sales Support
- Manage global order processing across distributor, on-trade and off-trade partners, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery
- Act as the key operational link to the sales team, removing friction and enabling them to focus on selling
- Own regulatory compliance across markets, including TTB filings (US), HMRC duty and excise (UK) and import licensing where applicable
- Support pricing structures, margin tracking and commercial reporting
- Business Operations & Financial Administration
- Oversee bookkeeping, invoicing and financial processes
