About Enemigo Tequila

Enemigo is an ultra-premium tequila brand built on genuine craft and uncompromising quality. Founded by entrepreneurs with deep roots in both the spirits industry and luxury brand building, Enemigo has grown rapidly across international markets, secured a Premier League sponsorship with Fulham FC and established itself as a serious challenger in the super-premium category. The brand is now majority Mexican-owned and entering its next phase of international expansion across the US, UK and EMEA.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business & Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of the business as it scales internationally. This is a highly trusted, central role that blends commercial operations, supply chain oversight and internal business leadership, while also acting as a Chief of Staff–style partner to the founders and senior leadership. You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to the business. There is no playbook for this role – you will need to build it. If you are someone who thrives on making order out of ambiguity and wants to be genuinely embedded in the growth of a luxury brand, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain, Logistics & Partner Management
    • Own end-to-end supply chain operations, working directly with production in Mexico, logistics providers, bottling partners and freight forwarders
    • Manage inventory levels across all markets, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, stock availability and replenishment planning
    • Act as the primary point of contact for operational suppliers and partners, managing service levels, timelines, quality standards and commercial terms
    • Continuously review supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve cost, process efficiency and scalability
    • Set up and track all shipping and logistics for international inventory movements
  • Order Management, Compliance & Sales Support
    • Manage global order processing across distributor, on-trade and off-trade partners, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery
    • Act as the key operational link to the sales team, removing friction and enabling them to focus on selling
    • Own regulatory compliance across markets, including TTB filings (US), HMRC duty and excise (UK) and import licensing where applicable
    • Support pricing structures, margin tracking and commercial reporting
  • Business Operations & Financial Administration
    • Oversee bookkeeping, invoicing and payment management across global markets
    • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and finance partners
    • Track budgets, expenses and cash flow with accuracy and real-time visibility
    • Support financial reporting and internal controls
  • Chief of Staff & Leadership Support
    • Act as a central coordination point across founders, sales, marketing and external partners
    • Support leadership with planning, prioritisation, execution and follow-up on key initiatives
    • Improve internal processes, documentation and operational efficiency as the business grows
    • Prepare reports, presentations and insights for leadership and board meetings

What Good Looks Like

In the first 6 months, you will have mapped and taken ownership of the full supply chain and order management process, built strong working relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners, and brought clear structure to financial administration and reporting. The founders should feel a tangible reduction in operational noise. By 12 months, you will have implemented measurable improvements to supplier performance and cost efficiency, built reliable forecasting and inventory systems that support international growth, and established yourself as the operational heartbeat of the business – the person everyone relies on to make things happen.

About You

You are the kind of person who sees a gap and fills it before being asked. You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the challenge of building systems and processes where none exist. You have an entrepreneurial instinct – you do not wait for a brief, you work out what needs doing and get on with it. You have a strong operational background, ideally within spirits, alcohol, luxury FMCG or premium consumer brands, and you understand supply chain, inventory and supplier management at a practical level. You are commercially sharp, numerate and comfortable handling financial administration alongside strategic thinking. You are someone founders trust with the details and the bigger picture. You work well across time zones and cultures, you communicate with clarity and directness, and you hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be managed.

Why Enemigo

  • Direct exposure to founders and senior decision-making from day one
  • Broad remit with real influence on how the business operates and scales
