Description:
This position will analyze the existing SFDC ecosystem and provide BA responsibilities in the rollout of the CLM tool. It involves process impact review, systems impact analysis, and functional user analysis with the business team utilizing the CLM tool. The Business Analyst role requires understanding and implementing CLM best practices to enhance stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications:
- SFDC and CLM Solution Architect with at least 7 years of experience (preferable).
- Experience in onsite functional roles on at least two medium to large-scale SFDC/CLM implementations, with expertise in Apttus/Conga CLM and at least two Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Quote-To-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management processes (redlining, negotiation, approval workflows, etc.).
- Certifications in Apttus/Conga CLM and SFDC Administrator or Developer.
- Ability to design and configure Apttus modules based on business needs.
- Collaborative work style in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Jira Agile tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (MS Visio, PowerPoint).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Consult, educate, and facilitate system tool/process knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across technical and functional teams, including on-site and offshore partners.
- Work with development teams to create functional specifications and present proof of concept.
- Assist in testing, issue remediation, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in deployment planning and support post-deployment issues.
