About The Role
Weβre looking for someone with a strong background in land and estates management, and excellent communication skills. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our primary client (Homes England) property portfolios are safe, compliant, and well-maintained through detailed inspections and collaborative risk management.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Conduct regular site inspections in line with client policy and RICS safety standards;
- Complete risk assessments with assigned ratings and elevate critical hazards;
- Produce detailed reports including photos, commentary, and risk-based action points; ensure timely follow-up on actions based on risk severity;
- Liaising with clients and contractors on inspection outcomes, costs, scheduling, and follow-up works;
- Managing relationships with security and maintenance providers;
- Maintaining appropriate PPE and adherence to safety procedures;
- Following company protocols for incident reporting; and
- Participating in training, reflecting on inspection outcomes, and contributing to service and efficiency enhancements.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple sites and schedules;
- Clear and confident communication with clients and contractors; and
- Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation related to property and land management.
