This is an exciting opportunity to join our landscape design team in London. We create thoughtful, nature-led designs for urban and natural environments, delivering sustainable, high-quality landscapes that restore natural systems, enrich communities, support regeneration, and promote healthier, more resilient places. Our work ranges from large-scale landscape strategies and concept design to detailed design and delivery across projects such as parks and country parks, visitor destinations, public spaces, residential and commercial landscapes, urban greening, and habitat restoration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing landscape strategies and designs with the wider team
  • Preparing illustrated reports and drawings
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and clients
  • Attending site visits and project meetings
  • Engaging with our in-house specialists, including ecohydrology, arboriculture, ecology, and planning

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a UK landscape architecture practice
  • A creative designer who can develop and communicate ideas clearly
  • Strong interest in the natural environment
  • Confident producing graphics and sketch visuals
  • Able to write clear, well-structured design reports
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Competent in AutoCAD; 3D modelling/visualisation desirable
  • Good understanding of the UK planning system
  • Strong planting knowledge and enthusiasm for resilient landscapes
