Full‑time role in the UK, remote with options to work from London. Managed by Marshmallow Laser Feast (MLF), a London‑based creative studio and leader in immersive storytelling. In this role you will manage the delivery of MLF’s existing artwork and develop new distribution strategies that transform our portfolio into a commercial success. You will build on and enhance our distribution infrastructure, creating policy and guideline documents and monitoring all IP. Acting as the pivot point between clients, partners, operations and management, you will project‑manage design, installation and delivery of touring work worldwide, ensuring each site meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management and delivery of MLF’s existing artwork/IP.
- Develop and deliver strategies to make the portfolio and future work a commercial success.
- Build and enhance the existing distribution infrastructure, including policy and guideline documents.
- Create and manage tools for planning, monitoring and reporting on all IP.
- Project‑manage the design, installation and delivery of touring work nationally and internationally.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, operations and management to ensure smooth delivery.
