TickX is a transformative technology company that supports producers in the events industry to sell directly to their customers. We work with renowned names in the entertainment world, from Londonβs West End to New York and Las Vegas.
Founded in 2015, TickX initially started as an aggregator for live events. In 2020, we evolved into a pure-play SaaS company, leveraging our experience in event aggregation to develop our flexible Booking and Marketing Layer, which includes cutting-edge booking technology and a marketing toolkit for producers to enhance their digital marketing efforts.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager with a passion for building and growing successful partnerships to join our business development team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with client accounts.
- Host regular workshops to ensure clients maximize value from the TickX platform.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Understand client product requirements and communicate these to our Product Owners.
- Manage projects within client relationships to achieve client goals and meet company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Service multiple clients concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the business development team to reach prospective clients.
- Forecast and track key client metrics.

This is a remote role, but the successful candidate should be able to easily commute to London (preferably within 1 hour) for external client or partner meetings.
