About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused People & Talent Partner to help shape the next stage of our growth. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle — from attracting and hiring exceptional people to designing the systems and experiences that help them thrive. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role that combines recruitment, people operations, and culture‑building. You’ll partner with leadership and team members across the company to make Tenzo a place where people can do their best work.
Your mission
- Talent & Hiring
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for key roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to design fair, effective, and values‑led hiring processes.
- Build a strong employer brand and ensure every candidate has a positive experience.
- Track and report hiring metrics to support data‑informed decision‑making.
- People Operations
- Maintain and evolve our people processes — onboarding, performance, compensation reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Manage our ATS and HR systems and ensure accurate employee data and compliance.
- Partner with leadership on org design and workforce planning.
- Keep our policies and employee handbook current, inclusive, and practical.
- Culture, Growth & Engagement
- Shape and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, belonging, and development.
- Support managers and employees on growth, feedback, and wellbeing.
- Design and roll out learning and development opportunities.
- Bring innovation and insight to how we work, communicate, and grow as a team.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in people, talent, or HR roles (startups or scaleups ideal).
- Proven experience running end‑to‑end hiring processes.
- Solid grounding in people operations and UK employment practices.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Excellent communicator who builds trust and influence across teams.
- Passionate about culture, inclusion, and helping people grow.
