Tenzo in London is hiring a Product Support Engineer to investigate customer issues across data, APIs, logs and integrations, and to resolve them before escalation to Engineering.
You will own the support backlog with Product and Engineering, work with integration partners, and help shape the product by identifying recurring problems and improving our tooling. This hybrid role requires strong technical problem-solving and collaboration.
