About The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will own pilots and implementations end-to-end for a prestigious portfolio of restaurant-group and hospitality accounts.

This role perfectly blends commercial consulting, project management, and business partnering.

You will act as the day-to-day owner and primary point of contact for your accounts, working with a high degree of autonomy.

You will join a small, growing delivery team to provide the dedicated commercial and operational capacity needed to scale our function.

We're growing rapidly, and this role is an amazing opportunity to establish yourself to then grow with the team and company.

  • Your Mission

About You

  • You bring 3–6+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or consulting, ideally delivering multi-site or enterprise rollouts.
  • Alternatively, you have equivalent operations experience with a proven track record of managing technology rollouts for hotel or restaurant groups, specifically within complex, multi-concept environments.
  • You have a genuine understanding of multi-site restaurant or hotel operations and familiarity with the hospitality tech stack (e. g., POS like Toast/Oracle, labor tools like Fourth/Harri, procurement, or reservations software).
  • You don't just take support tickets; you have a business-partnering mindset focused on driving adoption, proving ROI, and unlocking account renewals and expansion.
  • You are comfortable working with engineering on projects and scoping integrations, and you possess the data literacy needed to map revenue centers and build impactful dashboards.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and possess the structured project management skills required to juggle multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
