About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Associate with 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be a marketing generalist with interests across content, paid, events, and brand, and will play a key role in driving demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Your mission

  • Create compelling content (blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces) tailored to different stages of the buyer journey.
  • Support brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute B2B trade show participation, including logistics, booth design, collateral development, and post‑event lead follow‑up.
  • Identify target businesses and generate leads using marketing automation tools.
  • Execute on paid ads strategy as determined by Director of Marketing and Paid social agency.
  • Implement GEO and SEO strategies to website and blog.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyse data to improve campaign effectiveness and optimise spend.
  • Use spreadsheets for advanced reporting and trend analysis.
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success to align on goals, messaging, and customer insights.
  • Translate technical product details into clear, value‑driven messaging for different stakeholder audiences (C‑suite, operators, and end‑users).
  • Contribute to marketing strategy discussions and help shape Tenzo’s long‑term growth initiatives.

About you

2–3 years of B2B marketing experience (ideally in SaaS or technology). Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
