You will own pilots and end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality accounts, coordinating multi-workstream onboarding and translating technical details into commercial value to drive adoption and renewals.
You will partner with engineering on integrations, map revenue centres, and build dashboards while maintaining autonomy across a growing delivery team.
