As we continue to scale, enter new markets, and off the back of a very successful first programme, we're excited to launch the third edition of our One Year Analyst Programme, starting in August/September 2026.
Our mission is to seek out the best European tech and techâenabled firms and help build them into international powerhouses. We want to work with people who are passionate about that journey and can build a superâstrength in helping to deliver this vision.
As an Analyst on the Tenzing Programme, you will engage with and gain insight across all aspects of the private equity investment process, including sourcing and evaluating potential investments, presenting opportunities to the broader team, and performing due diligence. As we generally operate in small teams, you will play a key role and gain significant responsibility from day one. The Programme is the ideal environment for developing a wellârounded investment skill set, supported by dedicated training and mentorship.
The Analyst position will also provide a great opportunity to understand how a superâambitious and highâperformance team operates within a highâgrowth private equity house.
The Day Job on Arrival
- Drive thematic and industry research across software and tech services.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including financial modelling, market research, and company analysis.
- Support deal execution activities, including preparing presentations and drafting documents.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorms, contributing your ideas and perspectives.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, including participating in the Altitude Academy, Tenzing's tailored training, and mentorship sessions.
- Conduct commercial, operational, and other analyses to assist in making investment decisions.
- Perform financial analysis and modelling to assess the valuation of companies.

Location
This role is based in our London office at Heddon House, 149-151 Regent Street, London, W1B 4JD or in our Munich office, located within WeWork at Oskar-von-Miller-Ring 20, 80333 Munich. You will be required to work on-site in London or Munich for most days of the week.
Time Commitment
To be considered for this role, you must be available to start in August/September 2026 and commit to a 12-month duration.
