As a Principal Consultant, you will lead 360 delivery — sourcing to client relationship management — within a high-performing culture.
Role Highlights:
- Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business
- Source, assess, and place top-tier marketing talent through proactive search methods
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
- Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
- Collaborate with consultants across 11 Investments brands
You Will Need:
- Consistent billing record (£200k+ in the last 12 months preferred)
- Experience in signing and delivering into new clients
- Exposure or strong interest in finance recruitment
- Confidence in negotiation, business development, and candidate management
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
