Responsibilities
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the finance industry.
- Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
- Managing complex negotiations
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
- Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
