As we continue to scale, enter new markets, and off the back of a very successful first programme, we’re excited to launch the third edition of our One Year Analyst Programme, starting in August/September 2026. Our mission is to seek out the best European tech and tech-enabled firms and help build them into international powerhouses. The Programme is the ideal environment for developing a well-rounded investment skill set, supported by dedicated training and mentorship. The Analyst position will also provide a great opportunity to understand how a super-ambitious and high-performance team operates within a high-growth private equity house.

- Participate in due diligence processes, including financial modelling, market research, and company analysis.
- Support deal execution activities, including preparing presentations and drafting documents.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorms, contributing your ideas and perspectives.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, including participating in the Altitude Academy©, Tenzing's tailored training, and mentorship sessions.
- Conduct commercial, operational, and other analyses to assist in making investment decisions.
- Perform financial analysis and modelling to assess the valuation of companies.
