At TENZING Natural Energy, we're on a mission to shake up energy with a clean, plant-based alternative. Inspired by Himalayan Sherpas, we've built a greener, healthier energy drink and we're scaling fast. As the UK's #1 Natural Energy brand and a certified B Corp, we're here to do things differently. This is a hands-on ecommerce role with real commercial impact. You'll report into our Head of Growth and run the channel alongside her - site operations, trading calendar, retention, and the onsite improvements that move revenue.

- Trading calendar execution - launches, promotions, key moments, delivered with pace
- Weekly performance tracking - pulling the numbers, reading them, acting on them
- Onsite performance - merchandising, UX and content updates that move conversion and AOV
- 2-4 years in ecommerce or DTC, ideally in a consumer brand
- Comfortable with data - you can find the insight and know what to do with it
- CRM or lifecycle marketing, CRO testing, FMCG background
