At Tenthpin, we are hiring an SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant to help our clients transform and optimise their commercial and order-to-cash processes. You will use your SD expertise to translate complex business requirements into robust S/4HANA solutions, shaping pricing and sales execution models that create real value. The Opportunity
As an SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising commercial and order-to-cash processes for our global clients. You will be trusted to provide expert guidance, translate complex business requirements, and drive the design of robust, scalable SD solutions within SAP S/4HANA. This is a role for someone who thrives on advising senior stakeholders, shaping meaningful commercial solutions, and working collaboratively within global teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Shaping, designing, and delivering world-class, innovative solutions that bring real value to clients
- Leading clients through fit-to-standard workshops and solution discussions across SD
- Advising on end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including pricing, rebates, discounts and commercial conditions
- Translating business requirements into robust SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Working closely with Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and integration teams to ensure cohesive design
- Supporting integrations between SAP SD and external systems such as Salesforce
- Working as part of truly global teams and contributing to your community through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement of Tenthpin’s SD delivery capability
Your Experience
First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant — a hands‑on problem solver who brings structure and clarity to complex sales and distribution scenarios. You communicate confidently with business stakeholders and guide clients toward robust, scalable SAP solutions. You bring:
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution
- Deep expertise in pricing, rebates, discounts and condition techniques
- Experience delivering SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA
- Integration experience across FI, MM and logistics processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is beneficial but not mandatory
- Subscription Billing experience is not required — full training will be provided
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
