Tenthpin Solutions is entering an exciting phase of growth as we continue to expand our innovative software product portfolio and strengthen our presence within the Life Sciences industry. We are looking for a commercially minded builder who wants to play a meaningful role in that journey. Combining your business development expertise, industry credibility, and ability to engage senior stakeholders, you will identify new opportunities, open executive-level doors, and help drive the continued growth of Tenthpin Solutions. This is not a traditional territory sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening executive-level doors, creating opportunities where none previously existed, and helping shape the future success of an ambitious product company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g. CIO, Head of Quality, COO) within Life Sciences organisations.
- Leverage an existing network to create and develop new business opportunities for SaaS products.
- Initiate and shape executive-level discussions around quality, compliance, and operational challenges.
- Position product-based solutions in a clear business context and align them with customer needs.
- Utilise industry, partner, and ecosystem relationships to identify and access new opportunities.
- Plan and execute targeted engagement at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
- Analyse accounts, map stakeholders, and identify effective entry points.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate early discussions into structured sales opportunities.
- Drive the development of a world class sales organization, able to bring expertise and credibility within all relevant markets.
Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industry, with exposure to enterprise SaaS or software-driven products.
- Proven track record of opening doors and creating opportunities at senior and executive level.
- Strong existing network within the Life Sciences industry (mandatory).
- Ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and communicate with clarity and impact.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and value-based selling.
- Good understanding of regulated environments (e.g. GxP) and quality/compliance-related processes.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution discipline.
