The Opportunity

As an SAP Programme Manager, you will lead business‑critical SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, helping some of the world’s leading Life Sciences organisations transform the way they develop, manufacture and deliver life‑changing products. This is a role for someone who thrives on building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and shaping strategic transformation. As a trusted advisor, you will take accountability for programme success, solving complex business challenges and delivering meaningful business outcomes across the Life Sciences value chain.

Working closely with client leadership teams, Tenthpin Partners and our global consulting Communities, you will lead programmes from strategy through to successful delivery, bringing together the right expertise to solve enterprise‑wide transformation challenges. Your influence will extend beyond programme delivery as you strengthen strategic client relationships, shape new opportunities and contribute to proposals and RFPs, helping drive long‑term account growth through delivery excellence.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead business‑critical SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes for some of the world’s leading Life Sciences organisations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, building long‑term client relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving account growth through delivery excellence.
  • Take accountability for programme success, ensuring exceptional delivery, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic proposals and RFPs, bringing together expertise from across Tenthpin to solve our clients’ most complex business challenges.
  • Inspire, mentor and develop high‑performing teams, creating an environment where people can thrive and deliver their best work.
  • Champion delivery excellence, continually raising the bar across Tenthpin through the development of people, best practices and ways of working.

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant. You combine exceptional programme leadership with commercial awareness, consulting credibility and a passion for helping clients achieve meaningful business outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes within the Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates from other complex industries, such as Chemicals, will also be considered.
  • A proven track record within a Big Four, Systems Integrator or specialist consulting boutique.
  • Outstanding programme leadership across governance, commercial management, financial management and risk, with a proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading strategic proposals, RFPs and supporting business development activities.
  • A hands‑on approach to programme leadership, remaining close to delivery where your judgement and leadership create the greatest value.
  • A passion for inspiring people, raising the standard of delivery excellence and leading by example.
