Tenth Revolution Group are looking for someone with fluency in Polish to join our highly successful Polish team based from our Global HQ in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a long term, professional career with fast tracked progression and high earning potential.

Your role:
- You will be working with clients and candidates across Poland, responsible for the full end to end recruitment process.
- Making outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients to sell our services and win their business.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers.
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients.
- Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback.
- Working to daily targets and KPIs.
What we want from you:
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken).
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer centric environment - retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales.
