Job Description
I am working with a global data and AI consultancy that is expanding its Financial Services practice and looking to bring on a Technical Engagement Manager to lead client delivery across data management and analytics programs. This is a strategic role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engagements, while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
You will join a collaborative environment focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through enterprise data solutions. With increasing demand for data-driven transformation in banking and finance, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape client relationships and lead high-impact initiatives.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with key client stakeholders to identify new opportunities across data, analytics, and digital.
- Take ownership of key accounts and drive expansion plans within these assigned clients
- Work closely with technical teams around the business and ensure project objectives are being made in line with agreed goals
- Conduct business reviews and develop action plans to address issues with underperforming projects
- Supporting proposal development, staffing plans, and onboarding of delivery resource
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Background working in Financial Services or Banking
- Strong experience working on data warehousing, data engineering or data management projecs
- Experience working in technical architecture of project management roles
- Ability to lead large multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong working knowledge of delivery frameworks and software development lifecycles
