You’ll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment! Trained to be a high level proactive head hunter, taking expert ownership running an entrepreneurial desk. You’ll source the best tech talent, set up job interviews, take feedback, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level IT pro’s.
You’ll follow a clear performance based career plan to fairly progress asap, based on results. If you hit your target, you’re empowered to take the next level. Whilst simultaneously working towards luxury incentives including Lunch Club, Trips Abroad (targets adjusted to current level) to name but a few!
