A VC backed AI ISV is looking for a Staff Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join them. They're at an early stage with a small team and are looking for someone to help them best understand their customers' requirements and help automate and improve them. You will own the technical direction and make the call on how core systems are designed and built, raising the bar of the strong engineers around you. If you're excited about taking products from 0 to 1 and can take a problem from an observation to a shipped feature then this opportunity will provide the platform for you to do that on scale.

Requirements:

  • Have led multiple user-facing projects end-to-end, and can scope and define projects for others to work on alongside you.
  • You can own system design and architecture for a production product.
  • Deep experience with the majority of the tech stack, specifically React & React Native, Python, Django and DRF.
  • Working experience in an environment where shipping fast is important.

The role is largely remote although there is a heavy preference for someone who is commutable to London a few times a month. The salary on offer is c.£150,000 +/- 10% and comes with share options, personal wellness and development budget, private health insurance and a competitive 26 days + Bank holiday allocation.
