We're partnering with a high-growth deep-tech company building the core software behind a next-generation physical automation platform.
They're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help architect and build the underlying orchestration engine — a highly technical environment involving Go, real-time systems, streaming and AI.
You'll remain heavily hands-on while owning major technical decisions and leading experienced Senior Engineers.
- 12+ years engineering experience
- Strong Go / Golang
- Real-time, streaming or distributed systems experience
- Strong architecture and systems engineering fundamentals
- Experience technically leading Senior Engineers
- Complex product / 0-1 engineering experience
- Rust highly desirable
